Available to respond to your requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the AOG team can launch delivery of spare parts within 24 hours if stock is available worldwide, and is supported by the Airbus Helicopters AOG team.

    Warranty

    Airbus Group Australia Pacific manages warranty claims on Airbus helicopters in the region. The warranty application process for aircraft, parts and details can be found in Terms Of Trade, located on our website.

    When making a warranty application, complete the Warranty Application Form and fill in the relevant details. The completed form can be emailed to your Airbus Group Australia Pacific POC.

    Note A copy of the completed Warranty Application must also accompany the part(s) being returned.
